‍Your body doesn't follow general advice. So why should your health journey and goals?

If you've tried to improve type 2 diabetes, lose weight, or reach personal health goals and hit a wall, the problem usually isn’t effort. It’s information.

Most programs give you recommendations based on what tends to work for people. But general advice is very different from what your body actually responds to.

Your glucose (blood sugar) might spike after oatmeal and stay flat after eggs. Someone else may respond the complete opposite. Neither of you is doing it wrong, you just have different metabolisms. A hard workout at 7am stabilizes some people's glucose. For others, it sends it spiking. You'd never know unless you were watching how your body responds in real time.

That's what's been missing. Not willpower — your information. And knowing what to actually do with it.

What a metabolic blueprint actually means

Twin Health starts by building what we call your AI Digital Twin — a personalized representation of your metabolism built from your data and updated continuously as your body changes.

At the start of the program, you receive a kit of smart devices: a continuous glucose monitor (CGM), a smartwatch, a smart scale, and for some members, a blood pressure cuff. These aren't just trackers. Together, they give Twin a continuous picture of how your body is actually responding to what you eat, how you sleep, how much you move, and even how stress affects you.

That data feeds into your AI Digital Twin: a virtual representation of your metabolism in the Twin app that's learning you, specifically. Not people like you. You.

Behind the scenes, AI models continuously analyze your data, helping your AI Digital Twin gain a deeper understanding of your body over time. What foods cause your glucose to spike? What time of day is your energy most stable? What kind of movement improves your numbers versus disrupts them? Your AI Digital Twin is assembling the answers in the background every day.

The result isn't a generic plan. It's a map of your metabolism that understands your unique needs the longer you use it. Twin brings your data, care team, and personalized guidance together in one place to give you a clear picture of your health so you know what works for your body.

In-the-moment feedback changes everything

Here's what's different about knowing your body now versus knowing it six months:

When your doctor runs labs once a year (or once a quarter), you're often flying blind in between. You try things. Maybe they're working, maybe they're not. You won't know until the next appointment.

With Twin, you can see the impact of your choices the same day, hour, and minute:

  • You ate something new at lunch: The Twin app shows you how your body responded within the hour.
  • You slept poorly last night: Your smartwatch logged it, and your AI Digital Twin flags that today might not be the best day for a hard workout.
  • You’re craving something sweet, and you take the advice of food sequencing and eating vegetables and protein first before the cookie: The Twin app shows how your body processed the cookie and how to reduce a glucose spike with a short 15 minute walk.

That kind of feedback loop changes what's possible. Instead of guessing and waiting, you're adjusting in-the-moment. Instead of finding out six months from now that something wasn't working, you find out in hours or days, and can course correct quickly.

It's not an algorithm. It's a team.

One thing that surprises a lot of Twin members: The AI doesn't replace human support. They work together to better care for you.

Your clinical care team — health coaches, dietitians, physicians — can see your AI Digital Twin data. They're not asking "how have you been eating?" and trying to piece it together from memory. They can see the patterns. They know where you're making progress and where you need support. The conversations are faster, more specific, and more useful.

Your coach understands your life — your schedule, your family needs, the fact that you cook for four people and can't make yourself a separate dinner. The recommendations they give you are ones you can actually follow. Not what works in theory. What works for you in your actual life.

What this looks like in practice

  • Standing in the grocery store, staring at a label that says, "low fat, no sugar added, whole grain"? Instead of guessing, you can scan it and know immediately whether it's a fit for your metabolism.  Just scan the aisle with your phone!
  • Wondering why your energy crashes every afternoon? Your AI Digital Twin has probably already noticed the pattern, and your care team can help you address it.
  • Cooking for a family and not sure what to make? You'll get meal ideas and recipes that are green for your body, specifically, not generic "healthy" options.

Why this approach is different

Twin isn't a harder version of what you've already tried. It's a different approach entirely.

Instead of telling you what works for most people, we learn how your body responds and build your plan around that. Our care and recommendations evolve with you as your body changes. The blueprint gets more precise over time and your care team gives you guidance that is more and more targeted.

You don't have to be perfect. You don't have to have unlimited willpower. You just need the right, in-the-moment information about your body.

That's what Twin gives you.
