When I started the Twin program, while on Metformin, my A1C had climbed to 8.0. My weight at the start was 285. Within 90 days, my A1C had dropped below 6.0 and in June of 2023, I received the message from the Twin Medical provider that I could stop my use of Metformin! By October of 2023. I had lost up to 70lbs.
I have maintained a more stable glucose around 120 average, following the Twin health strength training along with walking and running. I no longer take any prescribed medications….I have 3 children and want so badly to be around for them for as long as they need me and then some. This program is making me feel like that will happen.
