As a member’s health metrics improve, we aim to reduce their reliance on
medications. This may include the reduction or elimination of medications, including SGLT-2 inhibitors
and GLP-1 drugs. The aim is to support the body’s natural healing process, leading to sustained
improvements and stability without long-term reliance on medications (where appropriate). However, we
recognize that certain conditions, such as atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD), congestive
heart failure (CHF), or chronic kidney disease (CKD), may require continued use of certain medications,
and we follow evidence-based guidelines to optimize care. We also provide a ketone meter for those on
SGLT-2 inhibitors to track ketone levels for 30 days — this is to reduce the risk of euglycemic diabetic
ketoacidosis (DKA) when combined with a low-carbohydrate diet. We have had tremendous success in
transforming the health and well-being of individuals with our member-centric and comprehensive program.
